Rockville Massage Parlor Operators Charged With Prostitution

Montgomery County police on Friday announced they had charged four people operating spas and massage parlors in Rockville that authorities say were fronts for prostitution and human trafficking.

The arrests were the result of an investigation that began in September during which detectives noted what police said in a press release was “a dramatic increase in the number of acupressure and massage parlor advertisements in the adult section of internet sites that cater to adult services.”
